Newsletter Declutter Digest gathers approved technology, finance, news, health, gaming and deal publications into one clean Gmail message. Receipts, security alerts and action mail never enter the edition.

Open original →01 / The premise
The first release makes no attempt to archive, delete or unsubscribe. It is an additive reading layer with a rolling 48-hour window and an exact sender allowlist.
The daily edit
Every publication address is reviewed and configured. Similar domains do not qualify.
Invoices, payments, security, bookings, deliveries and protected workflow labels always win.
The daily run reads at most 100 recent messages in pages of 50.
Normalised sender, subject and body collapse repeated campaign deliveries.
A short plain-text extract replaces external links and unsubscribe boilerplate. No model is needed.
Every button opens the authoritative Gmail message, never an invented destination.
Allowlist plus guardrails
The policy is deliberately asymmetric: a sender must be explicitly included, while any protected pattern can still exclude the message.
The inbox boundary
The digest is sent only after every included item has a direct Gmail link. State advances only after successful delivery, and transient message failures remain eligible in the rolling search window.
